INDICATIONS: Erythromycin estolate is indicated for the treatment of the following conditions in adults and children.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Adults: The usual dose is 250 mg every 6 hours. This dose may be increased to 4 grams or more per day, depending on the severity of infection.
